Phone and Remote Desktop Tech Support

$70/half hour
Need a quick fix or immediate help with a problem? I can log into your Internet connected computer and fix it without having to make a site visit. Since it takes me less time, you benefit from a lower rate. Another benefit is I can fix your problem right away without you having to wait for me to schedule a visit.

After Hours and Weekend Emergency Service

Non-scheduled work outside of normal business hours is billed at 2x the normal rate.

Contract Support

Benefit from ongoing monitoring and maintenance. Support contract customers receive guaranteed response times and preferred pricing. Call me to discuss your needs.

Computer Drop Off Service

$200 flat rate
Drop off your computer (or arrange for a convenient pickup) and take advantage of my flat rate service. Includes just about any type of PC repair or cleanup operation including:

• Spyware and Virus Removal
• Data Recovery
• Security and software updates
• Hardware installation (cost of hardware is extra - or supply your own)
