Phone and Remote Desktop Tech Support

$75/half hour
Need a quick fix or immediate help with a problem? I can log into your Internet connected computer and fix it without having to make a site visit.

Ongoing Contract Support

Benefit from ongoing monitoring and maintenance. Support contract customers receive guaranteed response times and preferred pricing. A commitment to a minimum number of hours per month is required. Call me to discuss your needs.

Retainer

You can choose to opt for a retainer which is a prepayment of my hourly rate.  This offers you reduced pricing and priority service with no contract commitment.  Minimum retainer is 10 hours for $1400 ($140/hour).  Hours are deducted from your balance and you can refill as needed.  Customers on retainer receive priority service.  Retainer hours do not expire, however they are not refundable.

After Hours and Weekend Emergency Service

Non-scheduled work outside of normal business hours is billed at 2x the normal rate.

Computer Drop Off Service

$150 flat rate
Drop off your computer (or arrange for a convenient pickup) and take advantage of my flat rate service. Includes just about any type of PC repair or cleanup operation including:

  • Spyware and Virus Removal
  • Speed up a once fast, now slow computer
  • Recovery of lost of accidently deleted data - recover from a hard drive failure
  • Transfer files, accounts, and settings to a new PC

Is your laptop’s screen or keyboard broken?  Want to upgrade the memory or get a larger hard drive?  Contact me for a quote.

Computer Recycling with DoD Grade Data Wipe - FREE

Not sure what to do with your old computer or laptop?  The most important thing is that your personal data is removed.  Secondly, it should not be thrown away in the local landfill or transfer station as this is bad for the environment and there are those in need that may be able to use your old computer.  I have the proper hardware to completely erase all data from your hard drive to Department of Defense specifications.  After your data has been securely wiped, your old hardware will be donated to those in need of an entry level computer, or properly recycled. I offer this service for FREE as a benefit to the community and environment. You do not have to be an existing customer.
